Strategic Planning

After fifty years of great service we look forward to enhancing our community college and resources for those we serve

Pine Technical and Community College is excited to announce that we are in the beginning stages of our comprehensive strategic planning process. Over the next six months we will be taking a look at where we are at, where we want to be, and how we plan to get there. Throughout this process we will be seeking input from internal and external stakeholders to ensure that we align ourselves with the needs of the communities we serve.

Timeline:

November & December of 2015

  • Kick off planning process
  • Discovery interviews are being held with internal and external community members

January 2016

  • PTCC Faculty and Staff will offer ideas for consideration in the planning process
  • Design team will meet to discuss the vision, review the mission, identify opportunities, and answer critical questions

February 2016

  • The strategic plan will be drafted

March 2016

  • The strategic plan will be aligned with
    • Charting the Future
    • Work Plan
    • Master Academic Plan
    • Master Facilities plan
    • Diversity Committee Plan
