Throughout the month of October, Pine Technical and Community College (PTCC) is hosting a variety of events for regional high school students and the general community to learn more about college options. College Knowledge Month is meant to provide every graduating high school senior and the general community with the preparation, opportunity, and support needed to apply to college. This month-long effort allows students to do more than just submit a college application. Within this time frame, students and community members can participate in the college exploration and planning process.

Pizza & Pine: Community Information Session
- Where: Pine City Pizza Pub
- When: October 6th from 5-7 PM
- What: The community is invited to join the PTCC Admissions team at the Pine City Pizza Pub to learn more about college options for graduating seniors, or adults looking to start or return to college. FREE PIZZA!
- Registration is encouraged, but not required
Explore Pine: Information Sessions for New Students
- Where: PTCC
- When: October 13th from 4-6 PM
- What: PTCC makes college possible for those starting out or starting over. Explore Pine events include an admissions presentation, campus tour, time for questions, and application assistance.

FAFSA Friday (FOR CURRENT STUDENTS ONLY)
- Where: PTCC
- When: October 15th from 11 AM-1 PM
- What: Join the PTCC Financial Aid department on campus to learn more about the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA), and to start (or continue) filling out the FAFSA for the upcoming academic year.

Pizza at Pine with the President
- Where: PTCC
- When: October 27th from 5-7 PM
- What: FREE Pizza Pub! The community is invited to join PTCC President, Joe Mulford, at our newly renovated campus, to learn more about PTCC and the programs we offer. The Admissions team will be on hand to provide tours, discuss programs, and help prospective students with applications and any questions they have.
Freaky FAFSA Friday... it's not as scary as you think!

- What: Lunch will be provided! Join the PTCC Financial Aid department on campus to learn more about the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA), and to start (or continue) filling out the FAFSA for the upcoming academic year.
